I just love Saturday morning's! There's nothing better than waking up and having breakfast without rushing around getting ready for work. Today I had one of my favourites, Chia Seed Pudding. It's so simple to make, just chia seeds and almond milk, mix them together and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
I then just add some blueberries on top with a bit of granola. Today I added the G. Luxe gluten free Hunter muesli. This was my first time trying this muesli and it was delicious! I especially love the amaranth puffs that are in it. I will definitely be adding this to more of my breakfast's.
